When you're representing a client on a child support case, it's best to speak directly to an appropriately qualified caseworker. We are phasing out direct numbers for individual caseworkers, but you can call the team on the same area phone number that the Child Support Agency gave the client. Please have the client's National Insurance number ready when you call.
If your enquiry is more general, you can call a dedicated Citizens Advice helpline on 0845 7137770. This helpline number is for the use of Citizens Advice advisers only.
You can also use this number in exceptional circumstances, if you have been unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion with a caseworker.
