You can apply for child maintenance online using the link below.

Before you can apply online you need to be registered with the Government Gateway. The Government Gateway is a centralised registration service for e-Government services in the UK. Registering with the Government Gateway enables you to sign up for any of the UK Government's services that are available over the internet.

When you have completed the registration process, you will be able to use a single user ID or digital certificate to send and receive forms such as benefit/application claims and tax returns. Forms can be sent using appropriate Government web sites, portals or third party software packages.
